Chances of you getting better immediately

In 2008 researcher Paolo Zamboni devised a procedure referred to by the media as "liberation procedure" or "liberation therapy," involving angioplasty in an attempt to improve blood flow. The treatment consists of a balloon angioplasty procedure of the jugular and azygous veins.

Since June 2010 Dr. Rafa Moguel has been a pioneer in Mexico for treating multiple sclerosis using liberation therapy. He has documented and published findings in the international medical community. He has performed hundreds of CCSVI (chronic cerebrospinal venous insufficiency) procedures, which relieve the compromised flow of blood in the veins draining the central nervous system. Here's a summary of Dr. Moguel's qualifications:

Graduate School of Medicine, Universidad Veracruzana, Mexico (1985)
Cardiology Residency, Hospital 1° de Octubre, ISSSTE, Mexico City (1989)
Pacemaker Technology, Medtronic, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA (1990)
