VoIP is also well known for offering an incredible array of features. In fact, VoIP companies provide features that normal phone companies charge for.
One of the more interesting features of VoIP are Virtual Numbers, allowing you to have multiple inbound telephone numbers in different cities regardless of your location.
Another VoIP feature is called Voicemail, where you can listen to your phone messages by email from anywhere in the world as well as Find Me, where you to define a list of phone numbers needed to get hold of you. These numbers are automatically called in sequence until you finally answer the call.

Call Return: Allows you to call the last party that called, whether or not the call was answered.
Call Waiting: Informs you of a new call via a call waiting tone while you are on the phone.
Caller ID with Name: Delivers the name and number of the calling party.
Cancel Call Waiting Per Call: This service allows the users to disable Call Waiting for the next or current call.
Enhanced 911: The emergency operator receives the name, address, and origination phone number of the caller. You can get Enhanced 911 as a feature of a basic service.
Directory Assistance: Get access to any listings in US, Canada & Puerto Rico.
Last Number Redial: Enables you to redial the last number you called.
Outbound Caller ID Blocking: Allows you to block the delivery of your identity when calling other numbers.
Speed Dial 8: Allows you to assign a single-digit code to frequently dialed or hard-to-remember numbers which can be used instead of the full numbers to place calls.
Speed Dial 100: Designate a two-digit code for up to 100 of the telephone numbers you dial most often.
Three-Way Calling: Allows you to make a three-way call with two other parties, whereby all parties can communicate with each other.
Virtual Numbers. Allow you to have multiple inbound telephone numbers in different cities regardless of your location.
Voicemail: View, sort, download messages, receive notifications by phone, email, pager or IM.

Auto Callback: If you place a call to another subscriber and the line is busy, Auto Callback will automatically call the subscriber for you when the line is no longer busy.
